Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Quran Pomodoro Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes — to memorize the Quran and track your own progress.
• Treat the Quranic content with the respect it deserves as sacred in Islam. The Service must not be used in a way that disrespects Islamic values.
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, manipulate their data, or bypass security mechanisms of the application.
• You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code, nor use automated tools (bots) to generate fake traffic.

Your progress data (page statuses, sessions, ratings) remains yours. We store it only to provide the Service and do not share it with third parties (see Privacy Policy). You may export or delete your data at any time through the app.

The Quran Pomodoro application — including code, design, logo, name, UI text, and the spaced-repetition methodology implementation — is owned by the development team. The text of the Quran itself is the inviolable speech of Allah ﷻ and not subject to anyone's copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code/design without written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all features will work under all conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, particularly in cases of abuse or unauthorized access. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes confirms your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the court at the development team's registered address has jurisdiction, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
